My training plan, thanks Hal Higdon!

Think I'm going follow this training plan - Intermediate I...............seems do-able but at the same time not too easy!



That gives you a sound structure on which to base your training....

I've said this before, and probably will again..

Listen to your body - It'll tell you if you are doing too much...

It's easy to get carried away and overtrain and get injured - I've done it a couple of times...

and most of all, enjoy your running
Listen to him Charlie when he says "I've done it a couple of times" he knows what he's talking about..!!
